Occupational Health and Safety studies at Istanbul Kültür University started with Workplace Doctor, In December 2014, with the appointment of an Occupational Safety Specialist, the fulfillment of these responsibilities continued.
Within the scope of the works, Occupational Health and Safety Boards have been established in departments where the number of employees is more than 50, and Occupational Health and Safety teams have been established in departments where the number of employees is below 50. Risk analyzes and emergency action plans were prepared for all campuses.
When entering the workplace, the employees receive the approval of their eligibility from the medical examination performed by the Workplace Doctor. Additional health examinations are required when necessary.
